The Cosmetic Clinic support 'The Blossom Appeal'
The Cosmetic Clinic team are supporting a Guys and Gals Charity evening in Manchester for ‘The Blossom’ Appeal. The Blossom Appeal was established in May 2001 by a small group of patients, their families and friends, to raise funds for the Breast Care Unit at North Manchester General Hospital (affectionately known as Crumpsall Hospital)
The Blossom Appeal's work relies entirely on the help of kind donations.
In its first year, The Charity raised over £55,000 and have recently purchased a mobile ultrasound scanner unit which is for sole use in The Breast Care Unit and will assist in the early diagnosis of breast disease.
The patron of The Charity said "When I heard of the excellent work carried out by The Blossom Appeal, I was only too pleased to become it's patron.
Our aim is to provide equipment and those little extras that mean so much and make such a difference to people with breast cancer and the many other breast conditions affecting both men and women.
By helping me and the many volunteers who make up The Blossom Appeal, to continue raising funds, you can be assured that all the monies raised, will benefit the people within the North Manchester and surrounding communities."
